From the moment new members join to the traditions we look forward to every year, here's what chapter life looks like.
The moment new members officially become part of our sisterhood. It is celebrated with matching shirts, balloons, and running to the house to meet their new sisters for the first time.
Big/Little is a special tradition that pairs new members with older sisters who serve as mentors, friends, and a source of support throughout their Alpha Chi Omega experience. The Big is revealed through a week of clues and small gifts leading up to Big/Little Reveal.
Regular events built just for bonding. We do game nights, crafting events, and activities around Pittsburgh that turn chapter members into close friends.
The formal ceremony where new members become fully initiated sisters, receiving their badge and reciting the values that have connected Alpha Chi Omegas since 1885.
A night of dinner, dancing, and dressing up, held off campus each semester.
An annual campus-wide singing and dance competition between Greek chapters, packed with rehearsals, choreography, and chapter pride.
A homecoming tradition where chapters build a themed booth or display on campus, judged for creativity and spirit. This year, we won Chairman's Choice!
